On the way back....

On our way back from our Birthday weekend away we made a stop at "The Spit"
"The Spit" is a 6 mile peninsula of sand and driftwood.
At the end of the peninsula there is a lighthouse.
We were not brave enough to head all the way out to the lighthouse, maybe another time.
Eli loved playing in the sand.
We took off his shoes and let him run free in the sand and rocks.

On our way home we accidentally took the wrong ferry home, so we got home way later than planned.
After we finally got off the ferry and were headed home the long way I looked in the back seat and found this.

Because we got home so late it was way past dinner time, and we were all getting grumpy.
After lots of deliberating we decided to head to Chipotle for some burritos.

Eli was so hungry and enjoyed every bite!
